As a cheap acoustic guitar where does the Alvarez RD8 standing in front of his rivals better known as the Washburn D10S. Is it just a little more expensive to waste timber or a fantastic business?
First off let me start by saying the guitar certainly seems to have been built with great care. Certainly not as striking guitars but it is certainly more attractive than the sound of many who fall into the same price category.
Of course, looks nothing means a guitar sound, if your sound is poor. Fortunately, the eyes of Alvarez are not wasted as the RD8 sounds fantastic and is certainly a party to many of the highest prices acoustic guitars available. For the price only Takamine G320 comes anywhere close and there are probably only a handful at double its price actually better than him.
The guitar also has the feel of an acoustic guitar much more expensive with a very impressive action game and it is certainly built to last for a good time, that can not be said of many cheap acoustic guitars .. I also found the guitar led to any style of play quite well, although I admit playing mainly acoustic rock and little else, but a friend had a small country and said he was just as good.
Do I recommend buying a Alvarez RD8? Put it this way certainly could not give a good reason not to. The likes of the Seagull S6 and Takamine 340C can be a little better, but are more than $ 100 more expensive so do not offer the same value for money as the RD8. This would be a great acoustic guitar for $ 500, but a little over $ 200 is an absolute steal.
